Andriana Treasure

Andriana Treasure is a passionately independent painter who exhibits predominantly at the Treasure Gallery in Fremantle, Western Australia. Her portraits, in oils and mixed media, depict the tensions and complexities of human relationships, in particular, the issues of independence and control. Her pastels showcase an uninhibited use of colour and form. The Treasure Gallery is an intimate art experience in one of Fremantle’s character bungalows.

Max Gerreyn

Max Gerreyn was born in Sri Lanka(Ceylon) and migrated to Western Australia with his family in 1977. Max has been drawing, painting and cartooning from an early age. He has acquired Diplomas in Fine Art(Painting Major) from the Govt.College of Fine Arts in Colombo, Sri Lanka and from the Claremont College of Art in WA. Since retiring from the public service in 1999 Max has turned to full-time practice as an artist and cartoonist. Prior to migrating Max had been a free-lance cartoonist for all the leading english-medium newspapers in Sri Lanka for over twenty years. He is mainly a figurative artist with a special penchant for portrait and cartoon/caricature.
